Beatrice Bilancia
Beatrice has spent over 11 years at the intersection of finance, operations, and transformation, building a career that spans from agile startups to global icons in the media, luxury, and tech sectors. Throughout this journey, she observed a recurring disconnect: finance often operates in a silo, speaking a language that founders and operational teams don’t use. She specialises in breaking down these barriers, acting as the bridge between the high-level vision and the technical numbers.
Operating with a borderless perspective, Beatrice is driven by a curiosity to understand how regional business communities and local markets function from the inside. By embedding herself in local landscapes across London, Milan, and Asia, she designs decentralised, resilient workflows for a modern economy. While she is remote-first, she travels extensively to work alongside founders and teams wherever the business requires.
As a CIMA exam qualified professional with a background in economics and business management and an entrepreneurial mindset, her work is designed to move at the founder’s pace, providing the structural clarity needed to lead with confidence.
